All purchases are shipped via courier to ensure proof of delivery. You may request shipment via Poste Italiane however, I cannot ensure delivery and there will be no refunds for lost goods.
Returns:
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you have received it. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you have received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase. The cost of return shipping will be at your expense and it must be ensured and have a tracking code. Refunds:
Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you. If your return meets all the requirements listed above I will reverse the charges in PayPal. Please note I will not refund any charges deducted by PayPal to your balance.
